Just wanted to let you guys know what my intake was today :)
Breakfast: I always stick to this part of my diet - 1/4 cup cheerios+ 1/4 cup soy milk - 60 cals?
Snack: Green tea, Lemon aid sweetened with truvia
Lunch: 13 small Pelmeny (dumplings) in chicken broth- 80 cals
Dinner: Bruscetta? One slice of sourdough with tomato, basil and garlic on top- maybe 60 cals?
Desert (....im sorry.): Sugar cookies homemade- probably 240 cals
Approx. Total: 440 cals
Im planning to go jog on the treamill, so ill burn maybe half of that off. I promise ill do much better tomorrow, especially since i'm having salad for lunch. :)
