A great way to get your metabolism going.
At the beginning of the year, a friend told me about this simple exercise you can do to increase metabolism. It really does work! It's called height training. Basically what you do is sprint (or some other task like jumping, except you do it as fast as you can) for 20 seconds, then you rest for ten. Repeat it 7 more times. i know it sounds pretty simple, but i usually feel dead by the 5th set. Apparently it increases your metabolism 30% for the whole day. Its challenging, but doable. Why wouldn't you do anything in your power to keep those calories burning all day?
